Box 337, Bellville, Ohio 44813. The term “you” refers to the user, viewer, or individual accessing the Site.

Article I—Acceptance of Privacy Policy

1.1 This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted through the Website. Use of the Site indicates that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy. Further, by using the Site, you consent to Lodi Materials’ use of the information that is collected or submitted as provided for in this Privacy Policy. Article II—Information Collected

2.1 Lodi Materials may receive and store information you enter or provide to use through your use of the Website. For example, you may enter or provide Lodi Materials information that Lodi Materials may receive and store when you, register, participate in any Services provided by Lodi Materials, or send Lodi Materials an email or other type of correspondence. The information may include:

  2. your mailing address;
  3. your email address;
  4. your phone number;
  5. your credit card information;
  6. other personal or preference information you provide to Lodi Materials;
  7. geographic location information but only if your mobile or other device transmits location data and/or your IP address, and you have activated one of our mobile applications or visited one of our sites;
  8. personal profile information provided by you that may personalize your preferences, including but not limited to areas of interest and social media information;
  9. information you provide to Lodi Materials about other people, including but not limited to, the name and address of a gift recipient; and
  10. your purchase history information.

2.2 You can review, correct, update, or delete your personal account information by logging in to your account on the Site.

2.3 You may choose to publicly disclose personal information about you through user generated content during the course of using the Site. The user generated content may include but is not limited to communicating with other users to the Site and posting images, photos, videos, articles, blogs, podcasts, or other visual or audio displays. Any personal information disclosed by you within the user generated content is therefore voluntarily disclosed and there can be no expectation of privacy or confidentiality. Any personal information about you that is disclosed by you through the user generated content during the course of using the Site may be read, collected, or used by others. Therefore, Lodi Materials is not responsible for any personal information about you submitted by you on the user generated content of the Site.

2.4 You also agree not to use Site: 1) in a manner that violates any local, state, national, foreign, or international statute, regulation, rule, order, treaty, or other; 2) to stalk, harass, or harm another individual; 3) to impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; or 4) to interfere with or disrupt a Lodi Materials website, server, and/or network connected to Site.

2.5 Lodi Materials may occasionally send e-mail announcements (for example, upcoming promotions or special events). If you did not want to receives such mailings, then you may opt out of the mailing by following the instructions at the bottom of these mailings. If you opt out, Lodi Materials will only use your email address to contact you if there are questions concerning an order completed through the Site.

2.6 Lodi Materials will never request any credit card information, username, password, or any other personal information from you through email. This is an attempt to steal your personal information known as “phishing.” If you receive an email that looks like it is sent by Lodi Materials and is asking you for any type of personal information, delete the email and do not respond.

Lodi Materials may use this information to monitor the usage of the Site and as necessary for Lodi Materials’ business. This information does not include personal information.

2.8 Lodi Materials may receive information about you from other sources. This information may allow Lodi Materials to improve the level of service offered to you through product recommendations or special offers that may be of interest to you.

2.9 The Site is not intended for children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not disclose any information. If Lodi Materials discovers any information was provided by a child under the age of 18, then it will be deleted.

4.1 Lodi Materials may share information with carefully selected vendors, business partners and other organizations, which are not part of Lodi Materials. These companies and organizations may use the information Lodi Materials shares to provide special opportunities and offers to you.

4.3 Lodi Materials may also share information with companies that provide support services to Lodi Materials (such as a printer, mailing house or web host) or that help Lodi Materials market Lodi Materials’ products and services. These companies may need information about you in order to perform their functions. These companies are not authorized to use the information Lodi Materials shares with them for any other purpose.

4.4 Lodi Materials may disclose information you provide to Lodi Materials when 1) Lodi Materials believes disclosure is appropriate to comply or conform with the law; 2) to comply with legal process served on Lodi Materials; 3) to enforce or apply our Terms of Use Agreements; or 4) to protect the rights, property or safety of Lodi Materials, the Website, users of the Website, or third parties.
